Shipping

Generally, orders placed between Monday-Friday before 3 PM EST will begin processing on the date the order was placed (excluding holidays). Orders will ship within 3 days, pending availability and actual shipment times. For all orders, shipping costs will be calculated based on weight, location, and requested shipping speed directly from FedEx. To protect your jewelry package, we require a signature upon delivery for packages totaling $500 or more. Please choose an address where you know someone will be present to sign for it. 

We do not provide weekend delivery for any method of shipping.  Please note that these processing and shipping provisions are only general guidelines, and the Company cannot ensure that the time frames noted will be met. 

If you have given us an incorrect address, we are not liable for the contents of the package and are not obligated to give you a refund. If a package is lost or stolen and you have not paid for insurance on your order, we are not liable for the contents of the package and are not obligated to give you a refund.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.

At this time, AS_X is currently not accepting international orders, however we hope to offer international shipping in the near future.

Canceling An Order

If you need to cancel an order you must email us at info@as-x.jewelry within 12 hours of when you place your order. 

Pre-orders

We aim to ship pre-ordered items within 3 days of receiving them. We do our best to meet the estimated delivery date but cannot always do this, in which case you will be kept informed on a regular basis. You can see the estimated delivery date of the product within the product description on our website. This date cannot be guaranteed due to potential manufacturing delays, however we do our best to estimate this date as accurately as possible.

Standard delivery timelines will apply from the moment the pre-ordered product is shipped.

Your order will be sent when all the items are in stock. If there are ‘in-stock’ items on your order they will be put to one side and shipped at the same time as your pre-ordered item; we do not do partial shipments.

Payment is taken and processed at the time your order is placed. If for any reason we cannot fill your order, a full refund will be issued.

We will accept cancellations of non-customised pre-ordered items within 3 days of when you place your order. 

Custom Orders

For custom orders, please reach out to us at info@as-x.jewelry. We can offer a range of materials and sizes that may not be currently listed in our store.

Pricing and Currency

All prices on our Website are listed in US Dollars. Shipping costs are not included in the price, but calculated as an extra charge upon checkout. All prices are subject to change at any time.

Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately at this time, we do not accept any returns. At this time, the Company only offers exchanges on purchases. The item must be in its original condition (including original packaging) for the Company to consider an exchange of equal value. You have three (3) days to notify the Company of any missing, wrong, or damaged portion of your purchase otherwise the Company cannot be held responsible for these issues.  We accept exchanges for unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of receiving the item.  To protect our jewelry and your return package, we will issue you a FedEx Return Label to make sure each package is insured properly for its value. 

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange of any item that does not meet the above requirements.

Should we need to contact you regarding your purchase and should you have provided us with your phone number or email address as your contact information, you authorize us to contact you at that number or email address regarding your purchase.

Exchange Process For Orders

  1. Send an e-mail to info@as-x.jewelry to request your pre-paid shipping label. Please note the order number, what item you are exchanging, and which other item(s) you would like to exchange it for. If there is a remaining balance due, we will send an invoice via PayPal for the remaining amount. If money is due, the remainder will be issued as a store credit.

  2. Put your item(s) back in a shipping box along with your invoice. Jewelry must be kept in the original packaging (packaging can be open).

  3. Adhere prepaid Return Label on the box.

  4. Drop your packaged box off at FedEx. 

  5. Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange.
